With a stony expression, Ophelia tends to try and take care of everything herself. She deeply cares about others, even if they are strangers to her, and wants nothing more than to be able to protect innocent people. Her stubbornness and willingness to help often become overwhelming for her, as she takes on too much responsibility or gets in over her head with a situation she can't handle alone.
Ophelia is also somewhat of a hopeless romantic, vying for the affections of a perfect, gallant lover of her dreams. Her high expectations have made her completely oblivious to any suitors she may have, and slightly obsessed with anyone she feels fits her ideal. (think teenage girl writing crush's name on her notebook type of behavior)

History: Ophelia has always lived in Prima with her mother and younger brother. Her father abandoned them at a young age, never to be seen again, leaving her mother to raise the two of them alone. She worked herself to the bone day in and day out, just to put food on the table and let her children live a comfortable life. As a teenager, Ophelia came home one day to find her mother ill, a sickness that to this day still plagues her. With her mother unable to work anymore, Ophelia took on the responsibility for the family, finding any odd job she could to support them. As time went by, medicine for her mother became scarce. She saved money whenever she could for years, and used those savings to hire a former knight to train her. She believed that if she could learn to fight, she could someday venture out into the world and find some manner of cure or panacea for her sickly mother. With the generous parting gift from her mentor, a set of armor and a weapon all her own, Ophelia leaves her mother in the hands of her younger brother, now 20, and sets out.

Additional Info: Amateur Swordswoman. Would like to be a knight someday, like her mentor. Dislikes people who are wasteful or frivolous. Her armor and weapon are the only expensive things she owns, and she cherishes them greatly. 
The only thing she knows about her horn is that she inherited it from her father's genetics.  It has latent healing abilities but with no knowledge in how to use it, it is only a minimal "passive" trait. She considered cutting it off to sell it when she was younger,  but decided it would be like losing a part of herself.
She has a strong sense of justice and a will to right any wrongs she sees.
As this is her first time leaving home, she knows little about the outside world, and how to interact with or what to expect from others. Just to try to be polite to people. 
She mainly uses her sword for combat but as an elf she has an affinity for magic and can summon replicas of her weapon to launch at opponents. But that is the extent of her powers.  She would need a magic mentor to learn more
Roleplay Methods/Availability: ??? I haven't roleplayed regularly for years, so I'm not sure what to put here. I'm available whenever, really, from monday to thursday usually. Skype or notes is fine with me!
